GAF Shingle & Accessory Limited Warranty includes a 10-year 100% coverage period, a lifetime warranty term, and a 10-year limited warranty that covers installation labor costs. GAF will also provide replacement GAF products and labor costs for any roof repair due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty is valid for a maximum of 10 years. GAF Master Expert(r), Contractors, can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty. This extends your Smart choice(r) Protection Period to 10 to 50 years.
